We are currently looking for motivated warehouse workers for our client's food warehouse in Niittykumpu, Espoo. A genuine desire to work and learn is more important than previous experience. We provide comprehensive orientation, making the role suitable for both experienced warehouse professionals and those at the beginning of their careers. What does the job involve? As a warehouse worker, you will participate diversely in the daily operations of the warehouse. Your tasks may include, among others: - Order picking - Receiving goods - Forklift operations What do we offer? - Comprehensive orientation for the job tasks - Opportunity to develop your skills and advance to new tasks - An encouraging pay model where your own effort is reflected in your earnings The employment is a fixed-term one-year contract, and it is possible to start work quickly. Salary The salary consists of an hourly wage according to the collective agreement for the trade sector, possible condition-based allowances, and a production bonus. The basic salary according to the collective agreement is currently €13.66-15.64/h, depending on your education and work history. We will tell you more about the structure and formation of the production bonus during the job interview. What we hope for from you - Good physical condition and an active approach to work - Thoroughness and the ability to work efficiently - Ability to work both independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Finnish - Legal adulthood A hygiene passport and a forklift license are required for the position, but the opportunity to complete them can be provided if necessary. Working hours Full-time and part-time positions are available. Work is performed in a two-shift system with morning and evening shifts from 6:00-14:00 and 14:00-22:00 in room-temperature, cool, and freezer warehouse facilities.
