We are looking for a suitable entrepreneur and a business location in Hämeenlinna. (Note! We are looking for an entrepreneur only, not employees.) Fafas began in Punavuori, Helsinki in 2011. Fafas' vegetable-oriented menu, built around innovative pita breads, quickly won the hearts of city dwellers. Fafas soon became Helsinki's most original and award-winning street food brand. Today, Fafa's continues to offer authentic, handmade gourmet street food with friendly and straightforward service. All restaurant dishes are prepared in-house in their own kitchen using fresh and high-quality ingredients. The menu is a perfect combination of tasty and fresh fusion food. The restaurant environment is relaxed, allowing guests to experience a unique dining experience without unnecessary rush or to take a takeaway portion. Behind Fafas is a love for good food and atmosphere, as well as a humble and innovative approach to developing restaurant operations. What does the chain offer? As a Fafas entrepreneur, you will have access to delicious products, a well-known brand, the benefits of the chain, and comprehensive support to build success, as well as training for all work tasks. The chain provides the entrepreneur with: initial training, support during the start of operations, launch marketing, purchasing benefits, business guidance, chain marketing, and sales support. What do we expect from the entrepreneur? As a Fafas entrepreneur, you have a passion for preparing good food and can lead your team to run a high-quality and service-oriented restaurant. You are the person we are looking for if you have a passion for food, a previous entrepreneurial background, and a desire to help develop the strongly growing Fafa's family. You want to lead by example at your location, and your passion for customer interaction is exceptional. The chain's concept is instructed in English, so you must be able to communicate in English in addition to Finnish. Previous experience in the restaurant industry is considered an advantage. The entrepreneur must be financially able to invest in entrepreneurship. The initial investment for the entrepreneur is €20,000–€50,000, and typically the self-financing share is 20–30% of the initial investment amount.
