Electrical Construction Manager - Enersense International Oy - Helsinki, Finland

Enersense Engineering is currently seeking Electrical Construction Managers to support our clients' Data Centre projects in several locations across Finland. We are hiring on a permanent basis and the work is set to start as soon as possible. Main tasks and responsibilities include managing site Quality Assurance in coordination with the QA Manager, overseeing project schedules, ensuring resource planning, supervising subcontractors, verifying delivery specifications, supporting project close-out, enforcing health and safety standards, developing procedures with Package Managers, and managing change control. Requirements include relevant electrical qualifications such as City & Guilds Certificate, HNC/BTEC or NVQ, at least 5 years of experience in electrical construction, strong knowledge of LV/MV systems, proven management skills, and experience with data centre projects. Finnish language skills are a benefit.
