Production Manager

We are seeking an experienced production manager to oversee the production of our plastic and MIM products, including finishing operations, workflow efficiency, cost effectiveness, quality, and resource planning. The role includes production planning, procurement of raw materials and components, and managing a team of about 25 personnel across operational production and warehousing. You will report to the CEO and collaborate closely with all staff. Primary duties include controlling production workload, available resources, inventory levels, deliveries and maintenance; personnel management including scheduling, resource planning, onboarding and training; coordinating with customers on production-related issues; raw material procurement and storage; monitoring productivity and driving continuous improvement; ensuring equipment functionality; leveraging the production control system; ramping up new products; maintaining cleanliness and order in production areas. Desired: prior supervisory experience, interest in people leadership and compliance with safety regulations; technical background with injection-m molding knowledge is a plus; strong collaboration and communication skills; customer service mindset; proactive stance on investments and development; ability to work independently.
