Evening Office Cleaner

We are looking for two cheerful and responsible service supervisors for evening-shift cleaning of a large office complex in Jyväskylä, on a fixed-term and part-time basis. In this role, you will take care of the cleanliness and comfort of a large, presentable office complex. You will generally work independently during your shift, so the ability to work proactively and energetically is important. Your duties include: - Routine cleaning of office premises - Careful cleaning and tidying of sauna and meeting facilities - Cleaning and daily maintenance of coffee machines - Taking away cardboard and other recyclable materials - Following precise work instructions and schedules to ensure excellent results Some sites require a successfully completed security clearance. Work location: Jyväskylä Employment begins: as soon as a suitable person is found Employment ends: 31 January 2027 Evening shifts are on weekdays (Monday to Friday), but employees may be able to get additional hours at weekends. Work is performed in one of two shifts: 16:00–19:30 or 16:00–20:00. Depending on the shift, weekly working time is 17.5 or 20 hours. We expect applicants to: - Be at least 18 years old when employment begins. - Have previous experience in similar duties, especially office cleaning. Above all, we value a genuine desire to do quality work and meet customers cheerfully. - Have basic Finnish, while fluent and good English is required. - Have good customer-service and communication skills. - Be flexible with working hours. - Be careful and reliable, and committed to high-quality results. - Have a motivated attitude and a desire to learn new things. - Have an unblemished background. A security clearance is carried out before work begins. A cleaning-industry qualification is an advantage.
