You will focus on research and the development of computer vision and machine learning methods for ecological data analysis. The work includes image-based and multimodal data processing, with applications such as plankton image analysis, sustainable forestry, wildlife monitoring, and animal re-identification. You will contribute to ongoing projects. Your work includes publishing research results, contributing to research funding proposals, collaborating with national and international partners, and participating in research group meetings and seminars. In addition to research, you will supervise bachelor’s and master’s theses and contribute to teaching in your field.
