The role is part of a multi-site water utility team operating in the areas of Juva, Puumala, Rantasalmi, and Sulkava. At the start of employment, the primary workplace is in Sulkava, but you will also work in the Puumala area. Performing the duties requires a driver's license and partial use of one's own car. Key tasks include process control and maintenance of water and wastewater treatment plants, as well as maintenance tasks for networks and wastewater pumping stations. Duties include participating in on-call rotations (Sulkava/Puumala) and handling emergency situations. We provide orientation for the tasks, and you will be supported by a skilled water utility team. Automation and maintenance systems are utilized in the work, so good IT skills are required from the applicant. Education corresponding to the tasks or previous experience in the field is considered an advantage. Supplementary training for the tasks is provided if necessary.
