Solution Engineering Manager, Mirka Industrial Automation / Flexmill Oy, Nurmijärvi - Academic Work

We are seeking a Solution Manager for our client Mirka Industrial Automation (Flexmill Oy) to oversee product and portfolio management of our advanced surface finishing automation solutions. In this new and central role, you will act as a supervisor to our product managers and coordinate between different engineering disciplines. You will be responsible for developing the automation portfolio and promoting the modularity of our solutions and the use of standardized solution elements, even though each delivery is a unique project tailored to the customer. The role combines strategic development and practical execution: you will actively participate in defining, conceptualizing, and prioritizing solutions and support project implementation as a technical sparring partner. You will work closely with the order fulfillment, sales, and corporate R&D teams to ensure our solutions meet customer needs and support business objectives. This is a direct hire, meaning you will be employed directly by Flexmill on a permanent basis.
