About the role

Position Overview: We're looking for an experienced Senior Performance Manager to help us build the best Liveops and Monetization strategy in the game. Responsibilities Create the Live-ops vision, develop and execute daily/weekly promotional plans that includes campaign design, creative development of all communication channels, operational launch of the campaign, QA at launch, monitoring and analyzing its results and reacting accordingly. Proven track record of working as a Liveops Manager in a game with a strong liveops cadence Analyze current monetization strategy including pricing, segmentation, what value we give to users and define the right strategy for the game Frame hypotheses, design A/B tests and translate insights into high-impact product decisions, going from idea to live experiments Strong quantitative and analytical skills with ability to monitor, analyze key performance metrics (average revenue per user, conversion, funnel, churn) and drive metrics-driven decision making Develop best practices to drive operational excellence in a live-ops team.
