Practical Nurse

Attendo Lentola in Vantaa is seeking a committed, positive, and development-oriented Practical Nurse for a permanent full-time position. Attendo Lentola is a 59-place care home for the elderly that opened in January 2023, featuring modern and comfortable facilities. The work environment requires strong interaction skills, a positive attitude, and professional expertise. As a Practical Nurse, you will map residents' resources, identify their needs for assistance, and plan, implement, and evaluate their functional capacity and care in collaboration with the residents. You will support residents in daily activities, personal care, and nutrition. Responsibilities include implementing and documenting service plans, participating in multidisciplinary teamwork, collaborating with relatives and stakeholders, and ensuring the safety, self-monitoring, and hygiene of the work environment. Medication permits must be completed within one month of starting employment, after which you will hold medication responsibility during shifts. The position is full-time and permanent, primarily involving a 3-shift rotation including morning, evening, and night shifts, as well as weekend work. The starting date is negotiable, though an immediate start is preferred.
