We are looking for scaffolder assistants for a maintenance shutdown in Oulu! Work starts in August and is estimated to last until the end of autumn. The shutdown involves long working days and potentially weekend work. The work is physical and varied, and you will have a great opportunity to learn new things alongside experienced professionals. Previous experience is a plus, but motivated individuals without prior experience can also be trained for the role. You are a good fit for this job if you have: * A brisk and motivated attitude towards work * Willingness to work long shifts and weekends if necessary * Good basic fitness and readiness for physical work * A safety-conscious way of working and a desire to learn new things * A valid occupational safety card and fluent Finnish language skills It is great (but not essential) if you also have: * Previous experience in scaffolding installation * Experience from the construction or industrial sector * Willingness to work night shifts We offer you: * Salary according to the collective agreement or better, paid on time.
