Welcome to ANNU sosiaalipalvelut! ANNU sosiaalipalvelut is a company founded on Valentine's Day 2023, steered by professionals in the social and health care sector. We provide social services for families with children, young people, and adults across Finland. The work is versatile and rewarding. We are a small company and we take care of one another. Join the ANNU team in Kanta-Häme. We hope to add more enthusiastic, development-oriented, and proactive professional support persons to our team. We expect responsibility and the ability to work independently and goal-orientedly in client work. We are looking for experienced professionals with special expertise, for example, in mental health or substance abuse work, or possibly experience working with neuropsychiatric clients. For the position, we are primarily seeking someone with a higher education degree in social or health care (e.g., Bachelor of Social Services). Other suitable education with appropriate experience and expertise (e.g., community pedagogue) will also be considered. At ANNU sosiaalipalvelut: - No two workdays are the same; your work is varied, inspiring, and develops your professional skills - In addition to clients, you will meet various networks and collaborate with social sector professionals - You will perform mobile work; for this reason, a driver's license and the use of your own car are recommended - You plan and schedule your own workday to include client meetings We follow the collective agreement for the private social services sector. The salary grade for professional support work is G25E. The work is hourly and to be agreed upon separately, and the amount of work depends on your own availability. Working hours are focused on after-office hours, but for example, introductory meetings are always during office hours, and occasionally meetings may also occur during the day.
