Maintenance Manager and Planner

We are currently looking for a freelance Maintenance Manager and Maintenance Planner to join a client of mine based in the Flevoland region of the Netherlands, who are a manufacturer of pre-fabricated equipment utilized in the High-Tech industries, including Data Centers and Pharmaceutical production. Both roles would be for an initial 6 month contract, for 32-40 hours per/week, depending on your preference, based on-site in the Flevoland region of the Netherlands.\n\nMaintenance Manager\n\nExperience bringing structure to maintenance department and involvement of creating long-term maintenance plans\nAble to manage the departments budget, prioritizing investments based on analysis, and then executing the works\nOversee how/when/why the department of 14 are working to priorities maintenance work and increase efficiency\nEnglish Speaking\n\nMaintenance Planner\n\nExperience planning maintenance work\nExperience working with Ultimo or similar maintenance software\nAble to create plans, follow up on execution, to reduce downtime for the team\nManage emergency response planning, co-ordinating maintenance eng/mechanics and PLC experts\nEnglish Speaking.
