Store Manager

Do you have a passion for doing and a desire to develop in the secrets of the field? We are now looking for a store manager for the Lahti department store for a permanent employment contract. As a store manager, you are responsible for the operational management of the department store in close cooperation with the department store manager. You ensure that the department store always has enough products, displays attract customers and staffing is optimal every day, every moment. You act as the immediate supervisor of all store staff and are part of the department store's management team. We expect from you: Commercial education and/or experience in supervisory work in the retail sector. Excellent interaction and leadership skills. Ability to take responsibility and work independently. Positive "doing spirit" and flexibility. Readiness to work in all shifts of the department store, including morning, evening and weekend shifts.
