MEP Manager

Job Title: MEP Manager - Data Centre Construction Location: Stockholm, Sweden Rate: DOE Contract Type: 18 Months Scope of work - Freelance/ Consultant contract Package: Immediate Our client is a leading international contractor delivering complex, high-value data centre projects across Europe. As part of a major new-build data centre programme in Sweden, we are seeking an experienced MEP Manager with a strong electrical background to join the site delivery team on a rotational basis. Role: As MEP Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing scope of works on-site whilst managing subcontractors, ensuring quality and safety, compliance with Swedish regulations whilst keeping the project on time and in budget. Key Responsibilities: • Manage the full MEP package Electrical, HVAC, Plumbing, Fire Protection) • Managing a team including Project Managers, Package Managers and Supervisors for each discipline • Coordinating and communicating with design, commercial, QA/QC, Safety, end client and other stakeholders • Manage subcontractors international and local • Attend multi company construction meetings • Management of the CX phase Requirements: • Degree Engineering mechanical or electrical • 3+ Years’ experience in managing Data Center Projects • 10+ Years in Project / Construction Management • Fluent in English with Full EU Passport • Apply by sending an up-to-date CV with references.
