Job Description and Remuneration In your work, you will primarily address incorrect parking by patrolling and monitoring many of our sites. You will take over various patrol areas as you get used to the job, so no two days are the same. ParkkiPate has a variety of sites, such as hotels, hospitals, shopping centers, and commercial properties. We are continuously working to modernize the parking industry at all levels. For us, quality of service is a matter of honor. Information travels quickly via our efficient systems, making field work smoother. Additionally, you will receive a lunch benefit and a low-emission Toyota hybrid as your vehicle. This is shift work, and shifts are generally scheduled between 6:00–14:00 and 14:00–22:00. You will also have at least one free weekend per month. We strive for regularity in shift planning and accommodate requests as fairly as possible. Wardens are paid an hourly wage, and the amount is influenced by the warden's previous recognized experience in parking warden or patrol officer roles. Additional earnings can also be pursued through training shifts or overtime. Would you be a good parking warden? Carefulness and precision are important in this job. You should not be stressed by customer situations and should be comfortable interacting with people. The job requires excellent proficiency in the Finnish language (spoken and written). The work naturally involves some driving, so we require applicants to be of legal age and have at least one year of driving experience in a vehicle-based job. Alternatively, you may have held a driver's license for at least two years and have regular driving experience, e.g., daily commutes by vehicle. A parking warden is needed to keep emergency routes clear, ensure disabled parking spaces are available for those who need them, and keep resident, guest, and customer spaces available for their use.
