TDP now welcomes to its ranks in Nokia **A SERVER/INFRA SPECIALIST!** As a server specialist, you will work with our customers' cloud and user environments and serve as a customer contact person. You will take care of the maintenance of customers' server and network infrastructure and help resolve disruption situations. You will be responsible for developing environments and will be able to influence how customers' infrastructure can be modernized over a longer term. Our industry is moving forward rapidly, so we value the willingness to develop your own expertise, for example, regarding AI tools. In your work, you will mainly focus on the infrastructure management of customers in the industrial sector. However, job descriptions are broad in our small team, so we hope that you enjoy versatile tasks: occasionally, you may also handle workstation-related issues or perform user management tasks. In practice, during a workday you might, for example: - Manage IT infrastructure and servers: monitoring, backup supervision, development, network maintenance, and documentation - Resolve user support tickets (L1–L2): workstations and everyday usage problems - Manage Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace environments - Install devices and applications and provide on-site support if necessary **We expect from you:** - At least a few years of work experience in IT infrastructure - Experience in the maintenance and development of both Windows and Linux servers, and possibly cloud servers (Hetzner/Amazon) - Experience with virtualization (Proxmox or similar) - Experience in utilizing AI tools or at least great enthusiasm for learning them - Excellent Finnish and English language skills (customers are mainly Finnish-speaking) - A category B driver's license Deep knowledge of networking is considered an advantage. **We offer:** - A fixed monthly salary ranging from €3000-3600 depending on your experience and expertise - Comprehensive occupational health services - A versatile job description that can be tailored according to your skills and interests - The opportunity to train and expand your expertise - Pleasant, open colleagues and a team where things are brought to completion together This is a permanent weekday position between 8:00 and 16:00.
