Salesperson

We are looking for an energetic and customer-oriented precious metals buyer and seller for our Porvoo store. In this role you will meet a variety of people and provide expert service related to purchasing and selling precious metals. Our service point is open Monday–Friday 10:00–17:00. Your duties include handling buying and selling of precious metals at the service desk, identifying precious metals, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. We expect excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, ability to work independently with responsibility, sales-mindedness and achievement-orientation, and clean credit information (to be checked). English language proficiency is required. We offer comprehensive training for the role, a full-time position, an interesting and diverse job in a stable company, the opportunity to become a specialist in the precious metals field, and an hourly wage of 13.50 €/h plus sales commissions.
