Permanent position for a nurse in Järvenpää home care. Work in home care is client-oriented and functional capacity-maintaining nursing care at the client's home, including basic care and medical tasks. The goal is the client's good everyday life, safety of living at home and independent coping at home. - Work in home care is nursing work taking place at the client's home. In your tasks, you will meet different people in different homes and you can be creative and use your expertise diversely! - The nurse acts as a medical expert in teams, as a developer of the team's community operations and care quality, and as an implementer of matters into the community. - The open position is located in the Järvenpää home care area, but we work closely with other home care teams across municipal borders. In the position, you will have the opportunity to develop home care work. You will also get a versatile job description and the work offers professional development. We use Rai-assessment in planning the clients' nursing care. In the teams, you will be met by humorous colleagues who help and support each other! Eligibility: - A university of applied sciences degree in social and health care or an earlier institute-level degree. In addition, a nursing license according to the Act on Health Care Professionals (559/1994) is required. Requirements and hopes: - Experience in the position of a home care nurse, valid medication permits, a driver's license and the possibility of using your own car. - RAI expertise and knowledge of the Pegasos-OMNI360 client system. Employment details: - Permanent employment starting by agreement, as soon as possible. - Position-specific salary 3,536.25 €/month. In addition, we pay a bonus based on work experience. - Vaccination protection required by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act and a tuberculosis certificate for the respiratory organs according to Section 55 are required for direct patient and client work. - The selected person must present a criminal record extract as referred to in Section 6, subsection 2 of the Criminal Records Act before starting work, as the task involves working with the elderly. - A probationary period applies. - Original work and study certificates are presented at a possible interview.
