CLG are looking for a motivated and experienced Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) Manager to join our growing team in Sweden. The role will focus on maintaining high standards of health, safety, and environmental compliance across construction projects. You will work closely with project teams and contractors to ensure safe working practices are maintained at all times. This position offers the opportunity to lead safety initiatives, influence site culture, and contribute to the successful delivery of projects. The role provides excellent opportunities for professional development within a supportive and collaborative team environment. Ideal candidate NEBOSH qualification (General or Construction) or equivalent safety qualification (essential). Previous experience in construction Health & Safety or EHS management. Strong knowledge of construction safety standards and procedures. A proactive and solutions-focused approach to health and safety. Confidence engaging with contractors, project managers, and site teams. Strong communication and leadership skills. Excellent report writing and documentation skills. Strong organisational and time management abilities. A full driving licence (preferred). Key Deliverables Lead and oversee health, safety, and environmental management across construction projects in Sweden. Carry out site inspections, audits, and risk assessments. Prepare and review RAMS and other health and safety documentation. Provide guidance to contractors and site teams on best practice and regulatory compliance. Promote and maintain a positive safety culture across all projects. Lead incident investigations and root cause analysis to identify underlying causes and prevent recurrence. Ensure projects comply with local regulations, company policies, and industry standards. Support and mentor team members in developing their health and safety knowledge and skills.
