We are now seeking for Kirre-home INSTRUCTOR for a permanent, part-time employment relationship. About the position Kirre children's home is a 7-place foster care unit that provides 24-hour therapeutic care and nurturing for children of different ages in home-like conditions. The home-like nature of Kirre-home is emphasized in daily structures. Instructors take care of housework and cooking together with the placed children. Children participate in home care according to their age and development level under adult guidance. Your duties include child care and educational work, home care tasks, written documentation for the children's home, and active cooperation with the child and their loved ones. You will work in cooperation with the rest of the work community in the best interest of the child. The position follows shift working hours and includes evening, night, and weekend shifts. This is a permanent part-time employment relationship at 60% working hours. What are we looking for? The position requires at least a vocational qualification in social and health care (practical nurse). We also expect previous work experience in child protection, such as experience in foster care, individual guidance, and work with children and families. You will need versatile skills and keep children and families at the center of your work. You must be able to act in a child-centered and solution-oriented manner. In our foster care, we work based on relationships and dialogue. We value experience in family work, medication permits for institutional care, and NEPSY expertise. It is great if you are enthusiastic about guiding diverse functional activities, from ball games to woodworking and nature hiking to wilderness skills.
