Practical Nurse

We are part of the Pappilanpuisto campus area and work in close cooperation with other elderly services in the region. In home care, we take care of each client's individual needs in their own home. As a practical nurse, you will provide high-quality gerontological nursing care, and your work will support and promote the client's resources and functional capacity. As a home care practical nurse, you will implement nursing care and ensure its quality and development. As a home care practical nurse, you will work in clients' homes. Your work is independent and mobile, and every day is different. A skilled team is always there to support you. Work in home care is versatile and people-oriented nursing and care work, where you can use your good interaction and teamwork skills as well as your flexible approach. We also use technology to support our work, such as medication dispensers and picture phones. Work is carried out in two shifts, morning and evening shifts, on weekdays and weekends. Start in a permanent position according to the agreement. Working time is full-time, averaging 38 h 15 min/week. The work includes morning and evening shifts. The probationary period is six months. The person selected for the position must present a criminal record extract in accordance with Section 6, subsection 4 of the Criminal Records Act before the start of employment.
