Service Leader
Requisitos: Experience required: at least 3 years as Academic Director or Service Leader in a language center, with managerial, leadership, teamwork and public relations skills, and people management experience. Management of reception staff and teachers. English language level B2–C1. Profile: excellent image, presentation and service attitude. Education: Bachelor's degree in Administrative fields. Live near Miguel Hidalgo, CDMX or willingness to relocate. Schedule: Monday to Friday, full-time 8 hours plus 1 hour lunch; two Saturdays per month half-day. Benefits: Gross salary MXN 15,000–18,000 per month (salary depends on experience); monthly KPI bonus MXN 5,000. Direct hiring from probation period.
