About the role

Scope Impact is seeking an Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day global and regional operations of our growing social impact company. Based in New Delhi, the Operations Manager will ensure the smooth functioning of internal systems and processes, manage organizational resourcing, lead improvement initiatives, contribute to HR processes, and serve as a critical link across diverse global teams, partners, funders and programmes. This is a high-impact role for a motivated individual who thrives in dynamic, global environments and enjoys creating structure, solving problems, and enabling teams to deliver on ambitious impact goals across climate, health, and community resilience. What you’ll do 1. Operations Leadership 2. Resourcing and Project Support 3. HR and People Support 4. Stakeholder Coordination 5. Cross-Team Collaboration You Bring Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s in Business Administration, Public Administration, Development Studies, or related field is a plus A minimum of 10+ years of relevant work experience in operations, administration, or programme management, ideally within the social impact, climate or public health sectors Experience working with diverse and remote teams Prior exposure to donor-funded projects or philanthropic reporting is a strong asset Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools. 28 August 2025 deadline to apply.
