Project Manager

Would you like to lead diverse building automation projects together with the industry's top experts? We are now looking for a Project Manager for our growing building automation team in Helsinki. Task As a building automation project manager, you will work with five other project managers, being responsible for diverse building automation projects from design to successful delivery. You are responsible for the overall planning, scheduling, and smooth progress of projects. Project sites can be, for example, hospitals, data centers, energy efficiency projects, or new construction/renovation sites. It is of paramount importance to us to handle things perfectly, and as projects grow and increase, ensuring quality is our top priority. As a project manager, you lead project teams with an inspiring and motivating approach, creating a positive atmosphere around you. You keep control and ensure that projects proceed according to the agreed schedule and budget and meet JIS quality requirements. You also take care of the implementation of occupational safety. You operate actively at the customer interface and participate in site meetings, where you move things forward determinedly. In your team, automation installers work, whom you lead according to JIS's principles of supervisory work. As a supervisor, you are in an important role in enabling our success. You have a suitable education for the task, for example, in the electrical or automation field, and previous experience in project management tasks in contracting. You may have acted, for example, as a site manager, project manager, or lead person in building services or electrical contracting. We also value a commercial mindset and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. Success in the position requires excellent Finnish language skills.
