Do you want to be part of developing the operations and services of Finland's largest healthcare provider? We are now looking for an Application Trainer for HUS IT Administration! We are seeking an Application Trainer for a fixed-term contract as a parental leave substitute from September 1, 2026, to October 31, 2027, in the IT Administration Apotti Application Training Services unit. The unit is responsible for the planning, administration, implementation, and development of training for HUS patient information systems and office software across the entire HUS area. The Application Trainer is responsible for the planning, organization, delivery, and development of patient information system training. Additionally, the duties include communicating about training, quality monitoring, reporting, and preparing training materials. Training may be delivered as classroom-based sessions or remotely online. Successful performance of the duties requires: * Good knowledge of the Apotti patient information system * Experience in training * A proactive, active, and practical approach, a drive for development, and a customer-oriented service attitude * Ability to work independently and take responsibility * Good presentation, communication, and teamwork skills * Ability to work under pressure, perseverance, flexibility, and systematic approach * An innovative attitude toward change * A solution-oriented way of working. We also value: * Experience in training different professional groups on the Apotti patient information system * Knowledge of specialized medical care processes * Knowledge of HUS and/or public administration operating methods * Ability to move between different sites. We work hybridly, and remote work is possible 2–3 days a week if the tasks allow.
