- Understanding of S2 teaching needs and ability to support students
- Strong interaction and cooperation skills to build trust with students and guardians
- Commitment to the ProKoulu operating model
- Valid criminal record extract
- Willingness to teach music to lower grades in addition to the own group (preferred)
