You could be the one. Your duties are within the corporate services’ administration area, where your supervisor is the readiness and security manager and you are the closest team member to material and contractual preparedness projects. You will work with other professionals in organizational security, readiness, preparedness and risk management. As a Specialist in readiness and preparedness, you will map current readiness of suppliers and support services in the welfare region, report on the overall status, and develop readiness with suppliers and our organization. You will also explore external funding opportunities for development projects and prepare applications. Coordinating organizational security clearances will also be part of your role. You will act in internal and external networks, build durable partnerships, and understand their importance for your work and the organization. In normal and exceptional situations you will support the readiness and security manager and the team. You are a good fit if you have solid experience in supplier and contract management development and you are motivated to improve operations. You should be able to express yourself so that others are inspired. We value the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, organizational skills, good time management, and the ability to grasp larger entities. Experience in social, health or rescue services environments will help you succeed. The position is fixed-term. A suitable higher education degree is required. Excellent written and spoken Finnish and English are required, and satisfactory written and spoken Swedish is required. Conditional upon appointment, a random drug test according to the welfare region’s program may be requested. A security clearance procedure will be performed with the consent of the applicant.
