- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental legislation
- Adhere to project environmental plans and safety plans
- Coordinate development/review of method statements, risk assessments, safe action plans, permits to work
- Ensure adherence to project execution plan and implement safety practices
- Lead and manage EHS team when required
- Grow EHS safety culture across project disciplines
- Client-facing interactions with prompt attention to observations
- Deliver safety-focused information sessions across levels
- Manage REACH assessments, control hazardous substances, report to senior management with actions
- Conduct site audits and follow up on corrective actions
- NEBOSH or equivalent EHS qualification
- Experience managing EHS on large-scale construction projects (data centre experience an advantage)
- Proven experience leading an EHS team and ensuring project deliverables are met
- Autodesk BIM360 Field software experience is an advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Process-driven with focus on Integrated Management Systems implementation
- Strong knowledge of current EHS legislation and best practices
- Ability to manage environmental, health and safety aspects on-site effectively
- Strong communication, leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
- Flexible to adapt working patterns as project needs evolve
- Excellent attention to detail and proactive problem-solving
