The duties of the benefits administrator include making basic social assistance decisions and managing clearing accounts. The job description is diverse and varied, and performance in the role requires systematicity, independence, the ability to internalize new information, diligence, accuracy, reliability, and efficiency. Additionally, the role requires that you find basic social assistance to be an interesting service and have a positive attitude toward development. Our multidisciplinary work community operates in Leppävaara, Espoo, in a pleasant and modern multi-purpose facility at Perkka, where client meeting rooms, meeting spaces, and phone booths are arranged separately. Eligibility requirements: Suitable university of applied sciences, college, or school-level degree, or a vocational qualification. The position requires: experience in making basic social assistance decisions, IT skills, and a prompt working style. Those selected for the position may be randomly asked to provide a drug test certificate in accordance with the Western Uusimaa wellbeing services county's substance abuse program. We value: sufficient Swedish language skills to handle Swedish-language applications and make decisions in Swedish.
