Group Assistant

We are seeking a group assistant for Gunnarlan day care for a permanent employment starting on 3 September 2026. Do you want to do meaningful work with children and be part of an enthusiastic team? As a group assistant you support the daily life of the day care in a diverse way: you assist with education, teaching and care-related tasks; you take care of the cleanliness of the day care and clothing care; you collaborate with other staff and families. The work emphasizes independent work style, teamwork and initiative. A positive and developing work attitude is an important part of success in the role. In our day care we highlight good interaction skills and activity culture in accordance with the early childhood education plan. A suitable professional qualification is required. The base salary is EUR 2,334.40 per month. In addition, a experience allowance up to 8% is paid when conditions are met. There is a six (6) month probation period. The employer will determine situations where a health certificate from Keski-Uudenmaan Työterveys Oy Lohja unit is required within one month of starting employment.
