Take off with check-in! We are looking for customer service professionals as passenger service agents for full-time positions at Helsinki-Vantaa Airport. We are primarily looking for a person who serves with a big heart. The most important thing in the work is ensuring safety. There is no compromise on operating methods in accordance with aviation regulations, even in a hurry. It is a matter of honor for us that aircraft depart safely and on time. In this role, a genuine desire to help goes a long way! As a passenger service agent, you will work in check-in and at departure gates. The work is irregular shift work, in which you will succeed if you are eager to learn new things and solve situations that arise calmly and friendly. You have problem-solving skills and are a proactive and brisk person. We require from the applicant: - at least 18 years of age - a clean background (a basic security clearance will be carried out for those selected) - fluent Finnish and English language skills, all other language skills are an advantage - ability to work under pressure - sufficient IT skills The Act on Privacy in Working Life applies to the position. The selected person is required to have a passed drug test as part of the pre-employment check. You can start in your new role on a fast schedule. We offer a permanent full-time employment relationship and start according to the agreement during the autumn. We consider previous experience in passenger service agent duties as an advantage and we will train you for your duties. The condition for signing the employment contract is a successfully completed basic course, online training and a passed security clearance. After the course, you will start your work as a Passenger Service Agent, where the basic monthly salary is €2,320.87/month. In addition, shift work allowances according to the collective agreement are paid, which for a starting Passenger Service Agent are approximately €300–600/month depending on the shifts.
