Senior Specialist, Analytics & AI

We are looking for a Senior Specialist, Analytics & AI to join Fazer Group and GCO (Group Commercial Organization) in developing commercial analytics, reporting, and AI-powered insights that support business growth across Fazer markets. In this role, you will combine data, technology, and business understanding to help commercial teams make smarter decisions and unlock new opportunities through advanced analytics. Your role consists of two focus areas: Commercial Data Modelling & Power BI Reporting You will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial analytics solutions, data models, dashboards, and KPIs that support organization and sales performance management and decision-making. Contribute to the development of Fazer Group and GCO reporting solutions in Power BI Ensure high-quality, user-friendly, and reliable reporting solutions Support stakeholders across markets on gathering and prioritizing business reporting needs Drive continuous improvements in reporting standards and governance AI & Advanced Analytics Development You will support bringing AI and advanced analytics into everyday commercial decision-making. Designing and developing AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics use cases Building solutions that improve forecasting, performance understanding, and commercial effectiveness Supporting campaign, customer, profitability, and sales analytics initiatives Evaluating new technologies and analytics opportunities In this position you will be working actively in collaboration with sales, controlling, ICT, data teams and external partners. You will report to Fazer Group’s Controlling Development Manager. The position is permanent and located in Vantaa or Lappeenranta, where we mainly work onsite in our office.
