Hotel Assistant position at Aurora Queen Resort in Saariselkä. You will be part of daily hotel operations in a diverse and inspiring role inside a boutique hotel. Duties include checking guests in and out, handling emails and reservations, organizing daily tasks, coordinating schedules and operations, assisting in the restaurant and other customer service tasks, and supporting the team wherever help is needed. The role is broad, varied and designed to provide memorable experiences for international guests in the Lapland setting. Requirements include prior hospitality experience, excellent service attitude and energy, relaxed yet professional approach to customer service, ability to multitask under pressure, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, initiative and flexibility, fluency in Finnish and English, and a willingness to welcome international guests. Driving license and own car are an asset but not required. The winter season runs from mid-November to end of March.
