Structural Calculation Engineer

We are looking for a Structural Calculation Engineer to strengthen our Comatec Process and Automation business. In this role, you will work on diverse industrial projects and solve various structural challenges using modern calculation tools (RFem and Ansys). Your place of work can be Oulu, Tampere, Pori, Kankaanpää, or Kuopio. We offer a flexible hybrid work model. You will work as part of a network of experienced experts in a company with decades of experience in machinery and plant design. **Your duties include, among others:** · Structural calculations for steel and truss structures · Strength analysis and dimensioning of various structures · Creating and analyzing calculation models · Collaboration with designers, project managers, and customers · Ensuring the compliance of structures according to applicable standards **What we expect from you** · Experience in structural calculations for steel structures · Relevant education (e.g., MSc.
