In December 2024, the scenic sauna restaurant Base Heat&Eat was completed on the summit of Saaru in Ruka, with giant windows opening directly onto Valtavaara and Konttais. We are now looking for a professional Head Chef for the team for the 2026-2027 winter season! We offer a unique opportunity to work in a stunning new restaurant on the summit of the fell! The job description includes leading the kitchen team by example, planning menus, and other operational management tasks. Our requirements are professional education in the field and several years of experience as a shift leader or head chef. Start date in November 2026, lasting until the end of the season in April 2027.
