Personnel Secretary 40.08 Fixed-term Civil Service Position - Kainuun poliisilaitos - Espoo, Finland

The personnel administration of the Western Uusimaa Police Department handles a wide range of HR expert tasks for the Espoo main police station as well as the police stations in Lohja, Raasepori, and Kirkkonummi. These HR tasks are managed by a team of five HR specialists. The key responsibilities of the personnel secretary include: Handling and responding to tasks related to parental leave, military leave, annual leave, language and language proficiency allowances, signature extracts, and secondary employment permits within their own scope. Working as an HR specialist in the administrative unit on demanding personnel management tasks, providing advice, reporting, and development. Acting as a substitute for other HR specialists and in other tasks within the administrative unit as needed.
