HSEQ Coordinator – Help build safer infrastructure Location: Espoo | Permanent employment Safety, quality, and environment are not just requirements – they are the foundation of successful infrastructure construction. We are seeking an HSEQ Coordinator for a permanent position for our client. Our client is a financially stable and growing infrastructure company that implements demanding earthworks and infrastructure projects in the capital region and Uusimaa area. In this versatile specialist role, you will support construction sites and ensure that safety, quality, and environmental matters are reflected in daily operations. Your workstation is located in Espoo, but the work includes regular visits to the company's sites in the capital region and surrounding areas. What does the job entail? As an HSEQ Coordinator, you will play an important role in supporting construction sites and the project organization. You will be responsible for, among other things: - safety rounds and HSEQ inspections at construction sites - coordinating and developing safety, quality, and environmental matters - supporting risk assessments and safety plans - handling deviations, near-misses, and safety observations, as well as monitoring corrective actions - preparing for audits and authority inspections - guiding personnel and developing safety culture - HSEQ reporting and documentation.
