Responsibilities
- Reception of guests during night shifts

- Processing arrivals, changes and payments in hotel systems
- Ensuring night-time safety and responding to disturbances
- Carrying out other night-time routines (e.g., reporting, billing, upkeep of reception areas)
- On-site and remote customer service with a positive attitude
