Production Worker

We are looking for production workers in Akaa! We are seeking energetic and precise production workers for our client company in Akaa for full-time and permanent employment. The work is day shift, Monday to Friday, 7:00–15:30. Start date as agreed. On offer is a pleasant and stable role involving the assembly of various components. There are 15 different workstations in the production facilities, ensuring your workdays are diverse and you get to learn new things! What do we expect from you? - Language skills: The working language is Finnish, and all job interviews are conducted in Finnish. - IT skills: Proficiency in basic computer use (good basic IT skills). - Manual skills and attitude: You are dexterous, precise, careful, and efficient. - Flexibility: You are open and ready to work flexibly at all 15 different production workstations. - Good basic physical condition: You can stand and work on your feet all day. The job also involves carrying and moving heavier items. What do we consider an advantage? - Previous experience in assembly or working in production plants. - Education suitable for the field. - Note! Previous assembly line experience is not essential – the right attitude is most important!
