HSE Director

PROJECT OVERVIEW Language: ENGLISH. Our client seeks an experienced HSE Director to lead Health, Safety & Environment across a multi-country program focused on renewable energy, circular economy, biorefining and industrial by-product utilization. Location: Côte dIvoire emphasis with possible deployments to Finland/Europe. Responsibilities include building the HSE Management System, contractor safety, process safety, incident management, environmental compliance, KPI reporting, and cross-border collaboration. Requirements include strong HSE background in industry or major projects, knowledge of international standards, multicultural leadership, and a proven safety culture track record. Preferred: process-industry background, NEBOSH/IOSH or equivalent, IFC EHS familiarity. Travel to Côte dIvoire and West Africa regions may be required. Language: working English essential; French is a strong advantage. Employment form and location defined per role; some roles may begin in Europe.
