Store Manager

NORMAL is a young, dynamic company that has opened hundreds of stores across Europe and continues to grow in Finland. We are looking for a Store Manager for our Normal store in Entresse, Espoo. In this role, you are responsible for the store's success and the customer experience. You will lead your team with inspiration and continuously develop the store. The work is versatile and engaging. We are looking for a candidate with experience as a store manager and a track record of result responsibility. You should be curious, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative in challenging situations. A strong eye for detail, especially in visual merchandising, is essential. You should be customer-oriented with a merchant's mindset, using data and numbers to support sales. The ideal candidate manages the store with a positive attitude, understands the power of teamwork, and can work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while supporting their team's needs. Communication skills in both Finnish and English are required. You will also actively participate in developing and optimizing NORMAL's unique business concept.
