Care Assistant for on-call work for weekend shifts with elderly people at Attendo Lähde/Källan, Hanko – We are here for you! At Attendo, we are On the Way Home. What will you be doing? - heating, serving, and self-monitoring of food - laundry maintenance - cleaning As a Care Assistant, your duties may diversely cover Attendo home's meal services, cleanliness, laundry, and assisting care tasks. The position is on-call as needed, and work takes place on weekends between 10:00 and 17:00. We can agree on the start date of the employment with you. What do we require from you? - No degree is required for the Care Assistant position, but work experience in similar roles is considered an advantage - Vaccination protection as intended by Section 48 of the Communicable Diseases Act to protect customers and patients throughout the employment - Hygiene passport or readiness to complete it within three months of starting employment - Fluent Finnish language skills - Criminal record extract You are proactive, eager to learn new things, and flexible. In the terms of employment and remuneration, we follow the collective agreement of the private social services sector.
