Customer Service Representative - Kultakiertue Oy - Helsinki, Finland

You will be working in a key role in a rapidly growing Finnish success story at Kultakiertue. We are a market leader and pioneer in the purchase and evaluation of precious metals, especially gold and silver. Our safe, reliable, and customer-oriented service model is expanding across the Nordic countries and Europe. Over 100 employees already work with us, and growth is accelerating. We are now looking for three customer service representatives for our team in Helsinki Käpylä. The main tasks include serving customers via phone and email (mainly in your own language area), handling inquiries and feedback professionally and promptly, guiding customers through services and solving problems, ensuring high customer satisfaction, and collaborating with different teams to ensure a smooth customer experience. We expect excellent Dutch, Italian, or French language skills, good English skills, previous customer service experience, a customer-oriented and solution-focused work attitude, good communication skills, the ability to work under pressure, initiative, and thoroughness.
