Salesperson

We are seeking a salesperson for Kotka Grolls. You will work as part of a small, close‑knit team in a large Nordic organisation that aims to be an unbeatable partner for customers and staff. The work week is Monday to Friday, 08:00–16:30. The role involves customer service, sales, store operations, and handling products, including printing on workwear. Seasonally the store serves many customers, delivering fast and varied days. You will perform duties such as customer service and sales in store, display and keep the store tidy, receive goods, stock shelves and inventory, and produce textile prints. We value a proactive team player who enjoys customer service and sales, handles varying days, and remains positive in busy times. Prior sales or customer service experience helps you get up to speed quickly; knowledge of workwear and PPE is a plus, but willingness to learn is most important. You will use various IT systems daily and should adapt quickly to new systems. Requirements include: experience in sales or customer service, positive customer-oriented attitude, ability to work smoothly in busy situations, willingness to learn and adopt new practices, basic IT skills and readiness to use new systems, strong Finnish language skills and willingness to serve in English if needed.
