A versatile role in technical projects In cooperation with our client company Hydjan, we are seeking an electrical automation specialist for a permanent employment contract as part of an experienced and technically strong team. In this role, you will work with diverse electrical, automation, and hydraulic solutions in various industrial and infrastructure projects. The work offers the opportunity to combine design, practical implementation, and problem-solving in a truly varied operating environment. What does the work involve? You will participate in the design of electrical and automation solutions, commissioning projects, measurement and sensor solutions, as well as the development and modernization of technical systems. Projects relate to industry, machinery, bridges, and other technically demanding infrastructure sites. The role also includes fault management, maintenance and annual service packages, and the technical implementation of customer projects. The work is practical and provides the opportunity to see your own solutions in action - not just on the drawing board. What do we hope for from you? We expect education in the electrical or automation field and strong experience in similar roles. We also hope for previous experience with mobile work, and S2 electrical qualification is considered an advantage. We value technical problem-solving skills, a proactive approach, and an interest in practical projects. Experience in hydraulics or pneumatics, industrial or infrastructure sites, and Siemens and/or Beckhoff PLCs is considered an advantage. Interest in the Bosch Rexroth ctrlX environment is also seen as a positive. Why Hydjan? Employment and additional information The workplace is located in Helsinki, but the work includes mobile field work at different project sites and possible overnight stays averaging about one week per month. Working hours are 37.5 hours per week, and the position follows the technology industry collective agreement. The salary is determined by expertise and ranges approximately between 4000-6000 euros. The position will be filled as soon as a suitable person is found, and the start date can be agreed upon after the summer holiday season.
