AI Trainer

Aiko Academy is seeking part-time and project-based AI trainers to deliver practical AI training sessions for companies and municipalities. Artificial intelligence is rapidly transforming work, and organizations now need clear, understandable, and practical training on how to utilize AI safely, responsibly, and productively in daily work. We train companies, municipalities, and public sector organizations on topics such as AI fundamentals, AI tools, EU AI Act, AI literacy, responsible use, and practical use cases across different roles and industries. We are currently recruiting multiple trainers to join Aiko Academy's trainer network. The work is especially suitable for those who want flexible training opportunities alongside their expertise and schedule, for example, in consulting, entrepreneurship, teaching, or other work. As a trainer, you will deliver AI training sessions to Aiko Academy’s clients via webinars, remote training, in-person sessions, and workshops. Possible training topics include: AI fundamentals and AI literacy, EU AI Act and responsible AI use, ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, Google Gemini, and other AI tools, Utilizing AI in daily business operations, AI in municipal and public sector work, AI as a tool for management, supervisors, and experts, AI in HR, recruitment, communication, sales, and marketing, AI in administration, decision-making, and customer service, AI agents, automation, and future tools, Data protection, security, and rules for AI use, The goal of the training is for participants to gain concrete skills and examples applicable to their work — not just theory. We are looking for trainers from diverse backgrounds. You may be suitable if you are: AI trainer, Corporate trainer, Teacher or educator, Consultant or work-life developer, Experienced user of AI tools, Public sector or municipal expert, HR, communication, sales, marketing, finance, or management professional, Technical AI, data, or software specialist, Data protection, legal, or responsible AI expert. You do not need to master all areas of AI. We are recruiting multiple trainers with different strengths. The most important thing is that you can train clearly, practically, and customer-oriented. We value: Experience in training, facilitation, or public speaking, Good understanding of AI possibilities and limitations, Practical experience with AI tools, Ability to simplify complex topics, Willingness to help companies and municipalities develop their skills, Responsible attitude towards data protection, security, and AI risks, Readiness to learn continuously in a rapidly changing field.
