Production Worker

Production workers are sought to join our manufacturing team. The job involves multifaceted construction tasks, including line-based element construction and various construction tasks in a timber element production environment. The role requires physical work, shift work, travel, and on-site assembly. Key tasks include wooden framing, insulation and paneling, exterior installations, and interior finishing (trims, floors, furniture assembly). We require solid experience in broad construction work, especially timber construction, ability to read blueprints, proficient tool handling, and an efficient, careful work approach. Finnish language skills are required. Jokioinen and Salo locations. Jokioinen plant focuses on efficient timber element production; we manufacture wall and flat elements for all plants. The Jokioinen factory environment is modern with advanced machinery, including a wood-element line. We also manufacture modules so buildings can reach up to ~90% completion at the factories.
