Do you have a passion for doing and a desire to develop your expertise in the field? We are now looking for a Store Manager for a permanent position at our Lahti department store. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for the operational management of the department store in close cooperation with the Store Manager. You will ensure that the store always has sufficient products, that displays attract customers, and that staffing is optimal every day and at every moment. You will act as the immediate supervisor for all store staff and be part of the store's management team. We expect from you: - Commercial education and/or experience in supervisory work within the retail sector. - Excellent interaction and leadership skills. - Ability to take responsibility and work independently. - A positive can-do attitude and flexibility. - Readiness to work all store shifts, including morning, evening, and weekend shifts. - In addition to Finnish, proficiency in English and Swedish is considered an advantage.
