Summary We are looking for a Systems Engineering Manager to lead our team and customer projects, and to develop our services for customers as part of our Design Services business. You will join in building Etteplan's new Defence Competence Center focusing on the defense industry, which implements vehicle and variant design as well as technical documentation for Patria's Protected Mobility business area. The position is located in Tampere, and work is conducted via a hybrid model with a combination of office work in Tampere and remote work according to needs. We also expect readiness for potential customer visits. In this role, you will combine your SE/SEM expertise for the benefit of our customers by acting in a strong sales role, develop our team with supervisory responsibility, and get to work with and lead demanding customer projects in the defense and security sector. The strong export growth of our customers' business provides opportunities to work with international end customers, so good collaboration skills and strong SE/SEM expertise are advantageous for the position. You have a systematic and proactive approach to both the implementation of our customer projects and the sale of our services. Additionally, you have good organizational skills and develop things forward with persistence together with your own team and Etteplan colleagues. Experience in SEM work and implementation, as well as an understanding of product business, are prerequisites for success in the role. (Tech) or equivalent expertise gained through experience - Experience in supervisory work, recruitment, and SEM experience We also value - Experience with international projects Selected candidates will undergo a security clearance and a drug test.
